Community Kirtan

Friday 5th September

With special guests Anthony and Ally from Woonona Shala.

Join Anthony and Ally for an evening of percussion, harmonium and Mantra while gathering in community connection.

The devotional practice of chanting Kirtan is one of Yoga's most treasured gifts. It is an immediate way to uplift the spirit, open the heart, and bring inner peace. The mantras are mystical universal sounds that resonate with our being, bringing connection to self and all, and uniting hearts in our beautiful world.

Anthony, a gifted percussionist, plays from the heart, while Ally, completely in love with the harmonium and mantra, weaves threads of love through community chanting together.

Anthony and Ally believe Kirtan creates feelings of oneness and heart connection—one of the highest goals of Yoga. They dream that these shared moments benefit the world with powerful healing energy and peace.

All donation proceeds will go to Mudyala Aboriginal Corporation - an Aboriginal owned and run not-for-profit organisation that aims to support to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander youth in the Northern NSW Clarence Valley region. Kundalini Demystified

Saturday 20th September

A workshop with Greg Heath.

Learn about Kundalini and how to access its power intelligently and systematically.

Kundalini is the ultimate driving force behind every organism’s desire to expand, evolve and overcome limitations to experience greater freedom.

Kundalini Yoga is an intentional, Self-initiated speeding up of the Karmic purification process, designed to grant us greater control over our own destiny. Because of its potency however, and the speed at which it generates results, it needs to be done intelligently, systematically and with the correct guidance.

  • There are many things that we can do to assist in the process of Karmic purification. One highly potent method is Kundalini-based Tantric Hatha Yoga. A scientifically designed, time-tested fusion of Asana, Bandha, Mudra, Pranayama, Kriya and Mantra practice, specifically focusing on activating the forces at the navel centre. This process purifies the lower Chakras, and allows liberated energy to ascend upwards to the higher Chakras to experience our true nature.

Join Greg for this exploration of Kundalini-based Hatha Yoga including:

    • Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra exploration

    • Kundalini overview and breakdown

    • Yoga practice methodology for converting Kundalini Shakti to Prana Shakti

    • The seven Yoga practice components for Kundalini stabilisation

    • Kundalini-based Hatha Yoga class to explore the Yoga practice methodology

    • Signs Kundalini Shakti is being liberated and converted to Prana Shakti
