Choose your challenge: Amount of classes/week you commit to, starting at a minimum of 2 per week. Note, you can always attend more than your goal amount!
Step 3
Receive your FREE practice guide based on what you feel you need. Energise, Unwind or Expand.
Step 4
Practice! Reach your chosen goal and go into the draw to WIN on of our three prizes.
